Welcome to Max Voyage Holidays. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

  1. Booking & Payments
  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation.
  • Full payment must be completed 10 days before the departure date.
  • Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, airfare changes, or supplier modifications.
  • Late payments may result in trip cancellations or penalties as per supplier policies.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date relative to the departure date:
    • 30 days before departure – Full refund minus deposit and administrative fees.
    • 15 days before departure – Partial refund as per supplier policies.
    • Less than 5 days before departure – No refund applicable.
  • Refunds are subject to deductions for processing fees, supplier charges, and non-recoverable costs.
  1. Travel Documents & Visa Requirements
  • Travelers must hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity from the return date.
  • Visa requirements vary per destination. Max Voyage Holidays provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approvals.
  • Travelers are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel permits and fulfilling entry requirements.
  1. Travel Insurance
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all bookings.
  • Insurance should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and unforeseen travel disruptions.
  • Max Voyage Holidays is not liable for losses due to lack of insurance coverage.
  1. Changes & Modifications
  • Itinerary changes may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, airline delays, government restrictions).
  • Max Voyage Holidays reserves the right to modify tours or replace services with alternatives of equal value.
  • Any changes requested by the traveler may incur additional charges.
  1. Responsibilities & Liabilities
  • Max Voyage Holidays acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).
  • We are not responsible for service failures, delays, or losses caused by third parties.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings. Lost or stolen items are not the liability of Max Voyage Holidays.
  • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction].
  1. Health & Safety Compliance
  • Travelers must comply with all health and safety regulations, including vaccinations, COVID-19 protocols, and local guidelines.
  • Max Voyage Holidays is not responsible for trip disruptions due to non-compliance with health regulations.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Travelers must respect local customs, laws, and fellow tour members.
  • Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in trip termination without refund.
  1. Force Majeure
  • Max Voyage Holidays is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
  • In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
